Shop Policy

• Each item that is available to purchase is made to order unless listed otherwise.  Please allow anywhere from 1-4 weeks for your order to be fulfilled & shipped.
• Custom orders are fulfilled in the order they are received (hence, it may take up to 4 weeks).
• During the Holiday Season, orders may take longer than normal to get to you.
• If you'd like a "rushed" order, please email.  There will be a 'rush-order' fee of $15.00.
• Each order will have a tracking number, & it will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
• Mahina Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost in the mail.
• As each piece is handcrafted to order (unless listed otherwise), we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If there is a problem with your order once you receive it, please email me asap: [email protected] 
• I use 14K Gold filled & Sterling silver wire and chain.
• All shells that are crafted into Mahina Jewelry are from Hawaiian waters.  Each shell is its own entity- no two shells are exactly the same.
• For custom orders, there is a $3 fee.  Please email me to place a custom order.
